DEMOR Presenter presents our company’s products and services. Customers will include businesses, and individuals. DEMOR Presenters approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business, as well as maintaining good relationships with clients.

They are also responsible for making repeat agreements with existing customers. Making agreements is our targets driven focus and can sometimes be demanding. Within this environment it is important to be balanced, controlled, concentrated and focused.

Presenters Purpose: Serves customers by selling products and services; meeting customer needs.

 

Presenters Representative Job Duties:

  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential companies and individuals.
  • Adjusts content of presenter’s presentations by studying the type of company or fitness individual.
  • Focuses presentation efforts by studying existing and potential volume of agreement.
  • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer agreement.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and Email.
  • Gathering market and customer information; advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions

General Purpose

Provide duties in the form of a P.R.E.S.E.N.T.E.R. to increase and maintain clients.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Call current and potential clients for introduction to DEMOR and follow-up
  • Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
  • Maintain office filing and storage systems
  • Fax, scan and copy documents
  • Prepare outgoing mail for distribution
  • Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required
  • Retrieve information when requested
  • Type documents, reports and correspondence. Format and structure content for delivery to clients, typically using Microsoft Office products
  • Generate reports from various business systems to maximize client acquisition and retention

Salary, benefits, incentives, extras:

Flexible hours, approx. 20 hours a week to start, commission with the potential for bonuses based upon individual effectiveness and company performance. Company T-shirt with logo. 10% off regular price of DHST services and products.
